Well…hello, hun! I’m an indie manga artist, which sounds cooler than it feels when you’re doing everything yourself: no editors, no publishers, just me, my Cintiq and an illegal amount of caffeine.
I’m not Japanese and my day job has nothing to do with comics, but telling stories is the only thing that makes me feel truly grounded, like I’m exactly where I need to be.
If you are enjoying Delirium and want to help, here’s how you can do it:
• Become a Patron: Get early access to new pages, my weekly blog about creating Delirium and occasional exclusive illustrations I probably shouldn’t be working on.
• Buy Extra Chapters: The comic’s free, but if you want more, you can buy extra chapters from other characters’ perspectives. They won’t affect the main plot, but will definitely add some extra depth to the story.
Even though Delirium is clearly a masterpiece deserving a Netflix adaptation, I know times are tough now. Money is not always the answer. You can also help by sharing about Delirium on social media, leaving a review or casually convincing (but not in Tanya’s way please) your favorite blogger to spread the word.
Your comments, reviews and memes (especially memes) keep me going. Even if you hated it, I want to know. I’ll cry later, but at least I’ll know you’re here with me.
Yours in caffeination,
goroweko
